6. Advertising Partners and Custom Audiences
We run advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and may, in the future, run advertising on other platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, or X. As part of this:
- We may upload hashed (cryptographically obscured) versions of email addresses you have voluntarily provided to us to advertising platforms in order to build Custom Audiences for delivering more relevant ads to you, or to suppress ads from being shown to you (for example, to exclude existing customers from a prospecting campaign).
- We may use Custom Audiences as the basis for Lookalike Audiences, in which the advertising platform finds new audiences with characteristics similar to our existing audience. The advertising platform does not provide us with the identities of the Lookalike Audience members.
- We will only upload your contact information to an advertising platform if you have opted in to communications from us, and we will respect any subsequent opt-out by removing you from active audiences within a reasonable period.
- You can opt out of receiving Custom Audience-based advertising at any time by emailing us at support@makemoremarbles.com.
7. AI and Automated Tools
We use AI-assisted tools (including large language models from Anthropic) to help us draft personalized outreach messages, qualify inbound inquiries, and operate our customer-facing automations. Specifically:
- When generating outreach for a contact, we may pass that contact's business email address, name, and publicly available enrichment data to an AI model as context. We do not pass sensitive personal information (financial data, health data, government identifiers) to AI models.
- Our AI providers process this information solely to return a generated message to us. Under our agreements with them, they do not retain inputs for model training and do not share them with other customers.
- A human reviews and approves outreach messages before they are sent, unless the message falls into a category of pre-approved routine communication (such as a welcome email).
- If you would prefer that we do not use AI tools to draft communications addressed to you, email us at support@makemoremarbles.com and we will accommodate the request.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies help us personalize your experience and measure advertising performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some site features may not function properly.
9. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, secure credential storage, and access controls. However, no online platform is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.
10. Your Privacy Rights
We comply with applicable U.S. data privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other state privacy regulations, as well as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR for residents of those regions.
